Connexion presents an EASTER LABYRINTH. Coming this Easter (Wed. March 31—Good Friday, April 2nd) Have you ever felt LOST? Typically, a maze is designed to get you lost. You find yourself wondering around aimlessly, just looking for a way out. Life is like that, and sometimes our spiritual lives seem that way too. The dictionary defines a LABYRINTH as, “a maze, network, complex, web, entanglement.” Connexion’s EASTER LABYRINTH is designed to do the exact opposite. It will take you on a spiritual journey that will help draw you closer to Christ as you pursue Him this Easter!

Don’t Go to Church...Be the Church. On Sunday Oct 4th we are cancelling our services to go out into the community and serve. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community every week. However, that day in particular, we are taking our worship to the streets of Lafayette to show God’s love. This is the type of church we want to be—a church that is not just concerned with itself, but also with its community. Whether you are looking for a church or not, you are welcome to join our efforts that Sunday. We’ll be doing everything from random acts of kindness to cleaning up neighborhoods around town. Give us a call and we can get you connected to serving that day or perhaps another day (Everyone wants a healthy community and is responsible for help making it so!). So, what next? The pain, the struggle of life….there has to be a better way, right? That emptiness you feel….that sense you have that there is “something more” to life…something to help you cope…something to help you overcome. That hole you have in your life can really be filled by only one thing. Jesus.

So, how do you do that? How do you fill your life with Jesus and find the real meaning, purpose, and hope you’re seeking? It’s the simplest thing you will ever do….

EVERY PERSON IS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET RIGHT WITH GOD

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in Him (Jesus) shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

EVERY PERSON IS SINFUL AND SEPARATED FROM GOD.

For ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23

For the wages of sin is death.
Romans 6:23

EVERY PERSON HAS BUT ONE WAY TO REACH GOD.

Jesus said to him, "I am the way and the truth and the life,
no one comes to the Father (God) except through me." John 14:6

EVERY PERSON IS CALLED TO MAKE A PERSONAL DECISION TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR.

But as many as received Him (Jesus), to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name. John 1:12

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not as a result of works, that no one should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

EVERY PERSON MUST INVITE JESUS INTO THEIR LIFE. AND
ACCEPTING JESUS MEANS REPENTING and TURNING TO GOD.

"Behold, I (Jesus) stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him..." Revelation 3:20

You, too, can accept Jesus

You, too, can accept Jesus at this moment by asking Him to come into your life. You can do this by praying a prayer like this:

Lord Jesus, I need you. I confess to you that I am a sinner and have sinned against you. Please forgive me of my sins! I turn my life over to you and accept You as my God and Lord and Savior. I invite You to come into me and to take control of my life in every area of my being. I give you permission to be my Lord and Master forever.

Thank You, God, for forgiving my sins -- and for sending Your Son, Your only Son, Jesus, to die for my sins and to give me eternal life.

Thank You, Jesus, that You have promised that You will never leave me or forsake me now that I have asked you to come into my life. Amen."

If you prayed that prayer, or a prayer like that, you are now a child of God, you are a member of His family. You will have eternal life with Him forever.
